AllEasy is an all-in-one mobile application that lets you pay bills, buy prepaid mobile load and RFID, fund transfer wallet to wallet, shop and pay online, and pay merchants via QR code. It lets you manage everything in just one wallet in a cashless and safest way.

It is an online wallet that enables users to pay and transact in substitute of cash to transport systems, bills and in-store payment, and more. You also get to enjoy exclusive discounts, points, and freebies in doing different transactions.

AllEasy is available for download in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.

User can only activate one account per mobile number.

The Personal Identification Number or PIN is a 6-digit code that you will use to sign-in your AllEasy application. This will be asked upon registration. For your protection, do not share your PIN to anyone.

  • The basic wallet limit is PHP 50,000.
  • Cash-in limit is PHP 20,000 per day.

  • To recover your MPIN:
    1. Go to the Log-In page.
    2. Click "Forgot MPIN"
    3. Enter your registered email address or mobile number to reset your MPIN and tap Submit.
    4. A new temporary MPIN will be sent either to your email address or mobile number.
    5. Go to the Log-In page and enter your temporary MPIN.
  • To change your temporary MPIN:
    1. Open the Side Menu and go to Settings.
    2. Click "Change MPIN"
    3. Enter your current MPIN (temporary MPIN) and your new MPIN (desired MPIN).

Yes, you can use AllEasy outside the Philippines. However, you must have a Philippine mobile number (+63).

You can load your wallet through our partner banks via web or mobile bank transfer, our partner loading stations via over-the-counter, or the AllEasy kiosks.

You can only send and receive money to and from an AllEasy wallet. Rest assured, we are working on options for you to cash-out your money from the wallet.

You can email your business details to helpdesk@alleasy.ph and our team will assist you with the requirements to be an AllEasy merchant.

This means that your transaction did not go through and it is not yet recorded in our system. You need to re-do the transaction in the app.

Dispute charges in paying your bills, transfer funds, and buy load. What do I do?

Please email us at helpdesk@alleasy.ph with the following details:

  • Registered full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Details of your transaction as written on your SMS and email address and the transaction history on the app.

Disputed transactions are usually resolved within 5 to 7 working days from the time you filed your complaints to us, but please note that the settlement period depends on the type of transaction involved.porting documents?
