3. How to join?

4. How to earn raffle entries?
• Subscribers are eligible for 1 raffle entry when they pay at least PHP 200 PrimeWater/First Peak Resources & Technologies Inc. bill through AllEasy Pay.
• There will only be 1 raffle entry per 1 mobile number registered.
• All qualifying transactions from the current draw period are not transferrable to the next draw period.

7. How many times can a user win?
• An AllEasy Pay user can only win once during the promo period.
8. Are prizes transferable?
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other item.
9. How will the winners be notified?
• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS, and their names will be posted on but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the registered notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of AllEasy Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
• All winners will be announced in AllEasy Pay’s official digital assets including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram, with a matching photo and/or video of the winners.
10. How do I claim my prize?
• All winners with AllEasy Pay PLUS accounts must personally submit their ID/proof of identity within Sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice by an AllEasy Pay representative.
• Period of Redemption:
• Sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of AllEasy Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
• Redemption Center:
• 2nd Floor MEX at Vista Hub Daang Hari South, Molino IV, Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines
• Schedule of claiming:
• Claiming prizes is sixty (60) days from the receipt of official notification – Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM (Holidays and weekends not included).
• All winners must present at least ONE valid primary ID or TWO secondary IDs to claim their prizes. The ID presented must have the same mobile number used in paying their PrimeWater bill. The list of acceptable IDs is:

• After the requirements have been met by the winner, the winners can claim the prizes at the redemption center.
• The winner can nominate an authorized representative on his/her behalf in the event the winner is unable to claim the prize in the redemption center.
• The authorized representative shall possess a legal document such as a Special Power of Attorney together with the ID of the winner and the ID of the authorized person as proof to claim the prize.
• If the winner is unable to claim the item prize in the redemption center and no available authorized representative, delivery can be arranged to the registered address at the winner's expense. Shipping fees including but not limited to insurance will be shouldered by the winner.
• The prizes under these promotions are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability.
• The winners may be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by AllEasy Pay regarding the promo on any of the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media.
• AllEasy Pay reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Who are not qualified or eligible to join the promo?
• All employees of AllEasy Inc. and GetAll Corporation, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
• AllEasy Inc. reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
